Product Principle

An oil sludge treatment system works by breaking chemical emulsions and using physical, mechanical, and thermal separation processes to isolate hazardous oily waste into three distinct phases: reusable crude oil, clean water, and dry solid dirt/sand.

Because oil sludge from crude storage tanks or refinery waste is a stubborn mixture of oil, water, and solids bound tightly together, treatment systems generally deploy a two-stage working principle: a Thermo-Chemical Pre-treatment stage followed by a Multi-Stage Mechanical Separation stage.
